Strict quality assessment for members

The strict quality concept of Swiss Leading Hospitals is based on the standards of the EFQM Business Excellence Framework , which guarantees above-average quality in all areas.  The key to acceptance is an extensive quality assessment procedure, during which quality management, the accreditation procedure for doctors, medical care, nursing standards, hotel-style accommodation and the administrative requirements and infrastructure are tested.  The quality criteria are monitored in a three year cycle and regular unannounced checks also provide additional assurance.
